Let Shape Labs handle the complete marquee-letter experience. We will deliver, position, connect and test your illuminated 3-foot marquee letters or numbers, then return after the event to dismantle and collect them.

This package is ideal for weddings, proposals, corporate events, venue installations and anyone who wants a professionally arranged display without managing transportation or setup.

Venue requirements

The customer must provide:

• A safe, level and suitable display area
• Access to a reliable power outlet unless battery backup is selected
• Venue access at the agreed setup and teardown times
• Any required venue permission
• Protection from rain, strong winds and other unsafe outdoor conditions

The package includes standard positioning of the marquee characters. Balloon decoration, floral styling, backdrop installation, custom branding and major repositioning after setup are not included unless separately quoted.

Optional accessories

• Battery backup for outdoor events or venues without a reliable power supply
• Additional rental time or additional rental days

Pricing is based on the event location. Select the correct service area when booking.

Additional charges may apply for locations outside the listed areas, difficult access, stairs, long carrying distances, restricted setup windows or changes to the agreed schedule. Contact us before booking if the installation has special requirements.

Before booking

Pricing is based on the total number of letters, numbers and symbols required. The starting price covers one character and full service within the selected area.

Enter the exact characters and select the matching quantity when placing your order. Spaces do not count as characters.

All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed only after Shape Labs verifies the requested characters, event date, venue and setup schedule, and the required booking payment is received.
