We respect your privacy. This notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you message us on WhatsApp, place an order on our website (shapelabs.gy), or receive automated updates (order confirmations, delivery notices, invoices).

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta to send/receive WhatsApp messages and delivery receipts. This may involve international data transfers (e.g., to data centers outside Guyana). Where required by the Act, we rely on appropriate safeguards and contractual protections consistent with the Act’s principles.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection to certain processing, and data portability (where applicable).

Our products and WhatsApp channel are intended for adults. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us to delete it.
We primarily send transactional messages (UTILITY templates). Promotional messages, if any, are sent only with your prior consent and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. We follow WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy.
