Customer responsibilities

With this self-service package, the customer is responsible for:

• Collecting and safely transporting the letters
• Positioning and connecting the display
• Disconnecting and packing the letters after the event
• Returning everything within the agreed rental period

Delivery, setup and teardown are not included in this package. If you would like Shape Labs to handle transportation or the complete installation, please select our Delivered Rental or Full-Service Rental package.

Before booking

Pricing is based on the total number of letters, numbers and symbols required. The starting price covers one character.

Enter the exact characters and select the matching quantity when placing your order. Spaces do not count as characters.

All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed only after Shape Labs verifies that the requested characters are available and the required booking payment is received.
